In short: you can delete your Arudam AI account from the App's Settings, or ask us by email. Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask — log in again before then if you change your mind.
Delete in the App
- Open Arudam AI and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.
- You are logged out on every device, and your account is deleted after 30 days.
Ask Us by Email
If you can't use the App, email support@astrorulesai.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your registered mobile number. We check that the request is really yours, then schedule the deletion in the same way.
Changed Your Mind?
Log in to the App again within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled — your account, coins and history stay as they were.
What Is Deleted
- Your profile: name, email, WhatsApp number, address details and profile photo
- Your mobile number, device details and notification token
- Your reviews
- Your coin balance — unused coins are lost
What We Keep
- Payment records — the date, plan, amount and payment reference of your purchases, which Indian tax laws require us to keep. They are no longer linked to your name or number.
- Anonymous usage — the questions asked and likes, counted for statistics without anything that identifies you.
A deleted account cannot be restored. You can create a new account with the same number at any time. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
